Pilgrimage Package Tariff and commercial terms

? We have provided 2 options for your reference here :
? 1. Premium packages (Five star hotel accommodation) & 2. Deluxe Package (Three star hotel accommodation). The Rates for the same has been provided for your perusal.
? Premium package cost : $.2850/- per person for this end to end package. This is when the dollar rates are 60.17 rupees per dollar. It is enough for you to spend for the to and fro flight alone from your country to India. This is for 35 people only. The number of people should not exceed 35.
? Deluxe package cost : $.1950/- per person for this end to end package. This is when the dollar rates are 60.17 rupees per dollar.
? We require prior 3 months notification for arrangement of the aforesaid tour plan.
? The tips at hotels and other locations are not included in the package and can be paid directly as per customer wish.
? 70% of the cost is required for booking. Balance 30% payment should be paid 10 days before the start of travel date.
? Online transfer of funds to our bank account can be made from your side, will share the details once the plan is finalised.
? The communicated specifications will all be enumerated in an agreement typed in stamp paper to be signed by the authorised signatories of MERRYGOLD HOLIDAYS and all the customers.
