? We require prior 3 months notification for arrangement of the aforesaid tour plan.
? 70% of the cost is required for booking. Balance 30% payment should be paid 10 days before the start of travel date.
? This is a complete end to end package including the food, stay and travel. Even entry passes, Toll Gate Charges, Photography tickets and tickets at sight seeing spots, or any other charges that might accrue owing to the promised tour will be inclusive in the charges, quoted. Also the flight charges between states in India is included.

? Apart from first aid if there is any medical treatment required in some emergency, the cost should be borne by the customers only.
? Apart from the specified tour plan, if there is any deviation on request, the extra charges will be charged.
? Once booked, if for any circumstances, there arises intentions to cancel the booking, the money shall not be refunded.
? Insurance for baggage and people on travel may be insured at the customer’s own cost and risk before they intend to travel.
? Local currency exchange will be offered once at every state/city, the customer reaches. For the next few days, to spend at that particular city/state, he/she should exchange and reserve it accordingly.
? The communicated specifications will all be enumerated in an agreement typed in stamp paper to be signed by the authorized signatories of MERRYGOLD HOLIDAYS and all the customers.
? Photo ID proof depicting the address, other than passport, social security number, if any and the passport copy scanned should be sent through mail while booking and also to be submitted before signing the agreement.
